Tasting notes: Aromas of pomegranate and barberry are combined with peach and raspberry. The taste is crisp and elegant, with the bunch of flavors repeating the nose. The mid palate is silky and round ending with lively rose petal and well balanced aftertaste.
Friday's answer: Friday was shared a number of times and there were plenty of answers and even a few that said they went to the spot looking for the bottle including one of our followers that works there. The answer of course was Trinity Baptist Church and the first correct answer was put up by Mark (The Running Man) Beyerly. I'm not sure if Mark was trying to be cute or trying to get his answer up quickest when he wrote "TBC on NB", but the idea was right. Chefmichaelatyourservice was next with "The Church off of Exit 22 of I-95 ??" which is again correct even though he didn't come with the technically correct name. We were rounded out on Friday with Jamie Cooper who guessed "That wierd church in Rowayton?". I'm not sure what thet weird church is but I'm sorry to say that the anwer was incorrect. We will only be using locations in the town of Fairfield so Rowayton won't be on the list.
Ok... Good Monday morning to all! Lets see what you've got this week!
