Wine Tasting - Saturday 1-4PM, May 4th

Sooo much to talk about today. I'll be as brief as possible...

First, Laura and Chris at the cheese shop are celebrating 4 years with a case takeover by Jasper Hills Cellars and Columbia Cheese. These guys are both great personalities so it should be alot of fun. They are also going to have free Sliders, give aways and more beginning at 1pm.

We have our own things happening at the same time with a Woodford Bourbon Mint Julep tasting beginning at 1pm and going until 4pm. Our regular Saturday wine tasting will be happening 1pm-4pm also (Showing three wines today in order to be compliant with state laws).

All of our employees have parked offsite in order to accomadate the extra taffic that is anticipated for all that is going on. We hope you can make it by.

Triennes Rose 2012                                                   $15.99
The wine presents fresh, appealing notes of red fruits and candy, followed by a round and harmonious finish.  It has a bouquet of strawberries and white flowers with hints of vanilla.

Flora Springs Chardonnay 2010                             $17.99
This wine explodes with ripe apple, pear and white peaches, followed by crisp grapefruit with hints of jasmine, and finishing with that trademark minerality—a signature of the Oakville component.

Heartland Shiraz 2010                                              $15.99
The nose has masses of black fruits, red currants and spice which support hints of espresso and dried spice notes. On the palate, the wine is soft yet maintains expressions of cassis, anise and earthiness. Savory, rich and yet balanced and restrained.
