Alain Blanchon Selections
Clos Fussay Reuilly 2014 $16.99
The late Claude Lafond was the driving force behind the renaissance of Reuilly. His wines, such as this with its balance between crisp herbal flavors and ripe, almost tropical fruit, bring out the richness of the appellation. This wine, with its final minerality, is ready to drink.
Pollier Macon Villages 2014 $14.99
An attractive and openly fruity aroma, with expressive apple, pear, and peach. Well-structured in the mouth, a little honeyed. Good freshness within the structure. The wine is fresh and already has a pleasant maturity.
La Campagne Pinot Noir $9.99
Medium color with aromas of cherry and strawberry fruit with a mildly tannic finish
Chateau Puygueraud 2010 $29.99
Ripe strawberries and vanilla. Some sweet tobacco and nutmeg. Round and full on the palate with really ripe, almost jammy fruit and soft fine tannins. Firm and juicy
