infused wine possesses a touch of leather, smoke and cassis fruit. Very good
concentration here, with the subtle sneaky tannins that give structure through
to its smooth finish.

This
has the classic Pinot Noir nose of ripe red berries with some darker hints of
blackberry and spice. Great mouth feel,
good structure, and a smooth texture all balanced with perfect acidity.

The berry-fruit aromas are
quite pretty, almost a redcurrant preserve. Relatively round with penetrating
