Menu: A quick recipe for a warm evening: grill veal scallops in a pan with a bit of olive oil; cook small Saint-Jean spinach ravioli, a speciality “Dauphiné” (the ancient roman province) from Romans-sur-Isère; sauté mushrooms in olive oil, and mix with creme fraiche, ravoli and the scallops.
It took some time yesterday but we did get there. Lynne was able to figure out this one, Hemlock Hardware was the right place.
Just to clarify to everyone...
All of the pictures will come from local businesses and landmarks around Fairfield. We will choose spots all around town and try to get as many places involved as possible. It has been quite a bit of fun for us already and we've just started. Lots of chatter in the store as our community has really gotten involved.
