Tasting notes: Vinified from Cabernet Sauvignon, this rose is vibrant and ripe with layered aromas of strawberry, red cherry, and raspberry with a hint of rose petal. Menu: Rose' is big enough to stand up to a wide variety of dishes; I paired it with a baked zucchini cheese pie that included onions, garlic, basil, oregano, mozzarella, parmesan and asiago; this Rose' didn't even blink. Pretty gutty for a "pink" wine.
