Chocolate is wonderful alone but it can become a true culinary experience when savored with different foods and beverages. The range of flavors that complement chocolate is amazing! Some combinations are classic—coffee, almonds, and caramel. . . but did you ever try it with WINE? It’s fun to experiment with taste profiles and figure out what combinations you like best, so at this class we will sample a variety of wines with different chocolates to find some new favorite combinations.
