First of all it is made in Austin Texas by a guy named Tito! He started distilling it for family and friends are the holidays as gifts while he did his "real" job which was a mortgage lender at the time. He actually went to college and graduated with a degree in Geology and did some drilling for awhile but like many people decided he didn't like it and changed paths.
